Advertiseflat.com is a website design company which creates a private website to advertise your rental accommodation. We have professional computer programming experience and qualifications, and ten years of hands-on experience as student landlords, which helps us to understand your business. We also know how to design simple, interesting and effective websites.
After we have designed your personal website, we can help to advertise your property by adding it to studentflat.com – an exclusive student accommodation website which we own – if this is appropriate for your business. At present we only have Edinburgh properties on studentflat.com, but the site will soon grow to include private accommodation for Bristol, Bath, Cardiff and Exeter universities.
Non-student rental properties can be advertised on our other accomodation website, websiteflat.com.
We offer different packages and prices, each including 2 years service and a private website address.
Our prices start at £700 for a website with about 8 information pages and 15 photographs. Our prices start at £1,200 for the full 6-stage process, which includes photography andtext design. Again, this is for a website with about 8 information pages and 15 photographs.
For a larger site with extra pages, extra photography or video, extra charges will apply. We can discuss such options with you if you enquire. Smaller sites at smaller prices are also possible.Contact Us:
